Podcast Abundance Academy is a professional environment.

We reserve the right to remove any member for:

Disruptive behavior
Harassment
Negative or harmful conduct
Sharing proprietary materials

Membership is month-to-month and may be canceled at any time by the member.

10. Mediation & Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or related services shall first be resolved through mediation.

If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas.

You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
